Rayland Acres LLC staff believes that happiness and joy comes from serving others. Joy in service is not just a saying at Rayland Acres; it’s the guiding force for all that we do, and a passion that is evident in our daily interactions with the residents and our team members.

We hire people who have a natural serving heart and share our commitment to optimal care for our seniors. Our team has over 30 years of experience in the medical field and are state certified. They must also go through a vigorous training and supervision before they are allowed to service any of our residents.

We are a small facility with a small team, therefore, our staff form meaningful relationships with the residents by getting to know their personal preferences such as: their favorite foods, colors they like to wear, how they like to wear their hair and even what time they like to wake up in the morning. We are friends that our residents and their family members can turn to at any time. This close relationship helps us anticipate the needs of our residents and ensure they receive appropriate, timely care.
